This tour package covers four major regions of Bhutan. The highlight of the tour is the mesmerizing Phobjikha valley. With wide valley meadows and lush green surrounding, Phobjikha promises an enchanting experience of Bhutan’s carefully protected natural environment. The valley is part of an important wildlife preserve and is home to the endangered black-necked cranes. These endangered birds fly south to the valley all the way from Tibet and usually migrate back during spring. Let the tranquility of the valley rekindle your spirit.

Daily Itinerary for Escape to Serenity (6 Days)
Day 1
Drive from Paro Airport to Thimphu (1 hour) and sightseeing in Thimphu
After landing at Paro International Airport and upon checking out, you will be received by your guide and your driver for transfer.
Drive from Paro to Thimphu
Distance: 54 Km|Driving Time: 1 hour
A swift drive to Thimphu and upon arriving at Thimphu, you will be checked into your assigned hotel and after having settled into your rooms. You will be taken for lunch. After lunch your driver and your guide will take you around for sightseeing.

Day 2
Drive to Punakha
Drive from Thimphu to Dochula
Distance: 31Km|Driving Time: 1 hour
The Dochula pass is located at an elevation of 3100 meters; Dochula is one of the many mountain passes in Bhutan accessible by motor road. The pass offers an amazing view of the Himalayan range gleaming with snow which begs you to take awesome pictures of it.
Hike to Lungchutse – A Hike to Lungchutse will not only leave you refreshed with renewed energy for the rest of your trip but will also treat you with one of the most striking scenes. It takes 1 hour to reach the small temple from Dochula.

Drive to Punakha
Distance: 63Km Driving |Time: 1 and half hour
At Punakha you will be able to get a whiff of what Bhutan must have been like in medieval times. The beautiful valley dotted with beautiful traditional two-storied houses begs for your attention and it would be a complete waste if you didn’t start with the sightseeing already. Day 3
Drive from Punakha to Phobjikha
Early Drive from Punakha to Phobjikha
Distance: 78 Km Driving Time: 3 and half hours
Phobjikha is one of the most idyllic places in Bhutan. The home of the endangered black necked cranes has some special activities for you in store. Upon reaching Phobjikha you will be served lunch followed by rigorous sightseeing.

Drive from Phobjikha to Paro
Distance: 185 Km Driving Time: 7 hours
After the long drive you will be directly driven to your hotel and after having rested properly you will be taken to explore the Paro town. At Paro you will see the following attractions:

Day 5
Hike to Taktsang
A Hike to Taktshang is the perfect way to end the enthralling journey over Bhutan just before you depart from Paro. Taktshang also known as Tiger’s nest is located over 900 m above Paro valley. The monastery is precariously perched on a rock face which is an astonishing accomplishment.
You will be driven to the base of the monastery where horse men and horses awaits. If you decide ride a horse, you will need to hire from here but if you like a challenge than this will be where you will begin your climb. The hike takes about 4 hours and the trail takes the hikers through verdant environment providing fresh air and cool shade. After completing the demanding hike, you will be taken back to you hotel where you will take rest to wear off the fatigue from that strenuous hike.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
- The approval of tourists VISA is contingent on the full payment of the tour
- Flight ticket payment is subject to the Ticketing Time Limit issued by the airlines
Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 30 to 15 days prior to arrival - 20% of the total tour cost will be levied as cancellation fee
- 14 to 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost will be levied as cancellation fee
- Less than a week prior to arrival - 100% cancellation charge will be levied as cancellation fee
Flight Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Subject to the cancellation terms of the Airline
Rescheduling Tour Dates:
- There are no charges for rescheduling your trip. However the minimum daily tariff, hotel rates, airline charges are subject to change depending on your new travelling dates.
