2. Card Transaction Fee
In the event of processing any refund, a card transaction fee of 3.5% of the total amount will be levied to the Booker and refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy of the hotel booked.
2. Reservation Amendments
In the event of any booking amendment, your new room requirement will be subject to availability. Any reduction in room nights will be subject to the cancellation policy in place. Once amended, your booking will be non refundable irrespective of the cancellation policy.
