It was our third time visiting Bhutan, and we have always booked through Book My Tour. Everything worked out very well, and the booking process was, as always, very friendly, quick, and uncomplicated, and we could even make changes to our preferences afterwards. With that being said, we had another wonderful time in Bhutan.

This time, we did a 5-day trek in the mountains, which was absolutely amazing. Kezang, our guide - for the third time - and who we consider a good friend, was wonderful and ensured that we were very well taken care of. From explaining the culture and nature to us, to being very supportive, helped with carrying and providing emotional assistance when we were tired on the trek, to lovely conversations and even a surprise cake at the end. The rest of our trekking team was also lovely, and the food, which the chef made, was a dream! Kezang also made sure that before and after the trek we could see all the things we were interested in, such as art places in Thimphu or the typical, traditional food places everywhere. We were even invited by the wonderful parents of Kezang, which was a very fun, delicious, enjoyable, great evening. Also Sonam, our driver, was very kind and helpful, and we fully enjoyed the lovely conversations and lunch/dinners with him. We hope to come back to this wonderful place in the future.

Excellent service from this company. We worked with the owner of the company who was very informative and patient and helpful in booking us a VERY last minute 3 day tour of Bhutan which showed as many different facets of Bhutan in a short time period. He went out of his way to accommodate us and is also full of interesting information.

But I have to especially recommend our guide , whose name is KARMA

Karma is the best tour guide I have ever had in any country- and I have traveled worldwide. He guides with his mind, heart and soul
and is not only knowledgeable, patient, and kind but he will always go the extra mile for whatever you need- no matter how hard it might be to fulfill that need.

We asked him so many questions and he was so full of answers! He taught us about the Bhutanese culture, history , nature and the spirituality of Buddhism and its traditions. He also gave me the gentle motivation I ( a non-hiker) needed to hike up to the Tigers Nest.

We spent 3 days with him and consider him a friend with whom we will always remain in touch. If you are going to visit Bhutan, traveling with KARMA is the way to see it.

My trip to Bhutan was amazing. At the start Sonam was very helpful in planning everything and keeping me up to date with some itinerary changes. Everything was stress free and transparent. I also had some issues with my bank and the payment and Sonam was great with keeping the arrangements on hold.

When I was in Bhutan, everything was perfectly planned and I had absolutely the best driver, Kile, and best guide, Deki. They were very personable, knowledgeable and professional and a grrat team.

I was there during a festival and they really made it possible to see as much as possible given the time I had. Very happy to have had the chance to get to know them and this beautiful country through this tour agency, I wouldn't have had it any other way!

This was our first time in Bhutan, and the cultural tour was amazing! I learned a lot about Bhutanese culture, history, and religion. Our guides, Jamyang and Karma, were very informative about every site we visited, explaining in detail about why certain things are done the way they are, the history of Bhutan, and how modern Bhutan is the way it has come to be. They are very very knowledgeable about everything.

Our guides were also very flexible and accommodating to our schedule. We could spend as much or as little time as we wanted at each location. They understand that it's our vacation, and they just want to make us feel welcomed and happy.

The biggest highlight of our tour was of course the Tiger's Nest. It is truly an amazing and sacred place. The views of the temple are magnificent. Visiting inside the temple was very spiritual.

I highly recommend BookMyTour to anyone who wants to visit Bhutan!

This was our first time partaking in a tour like this.

It was an AMAZING experience. Even before we touched down in Bhutan, the team from BookMyTour was responsive, helpful and patient ... we felt more like we were going to visit friends, rather than heading to a new country on our own. We had a few challenges including transiting through the New Delhi Airport and some lost luggage, but Sangay from BookMyTour was available to help, and even gave some of his personal time to call contacts in the Delhi airport and help us locate all of our things. Having traveled extensively and dealt with different airlines, hotels, etc we can assure you finding people who are willing to help out like this is beyond rare, it's almost unheard of. Not only that, these guys are all super cool, have diverse backgrounds and experiences and as soon as we met up we were sure everything would be OK.

Our guide (Karma) was extremely knowledgeable, organized and generally great to be around. Anyone who travels knows that travelling can be fun, but it can also be pretty tiring. Between rushing for transfers, dealing with booking companies, ticket offices etc. To be honest, this experience was the opposite. We never felt rushed or pressured during our time in Bhutan. Karma knew all the best spots to check out, whether for food, views, accommodation, a bit of shopping or even some mild mountain biking in the valley. Plus, he knows TONS of info about Bhutan's history, religious practices, wildlife, geography - you name it! We were beyond impressed.

The hotels we stayed in were great. They were clean, comfortable and filled with polite friendly people working there. Our personal favorite was a more rustic room in the Valley with a wood-burning stove for heat. It was so peaceful, and made for great photo's.

Another highlight of our trip was the hike up to Tiger's Nest Monastery. Again, Karma knew the best time to start, we avoided crowds and lines, which made the view and the experience a little less tourist-y feeling.

We would absolutely recommend BookMyTour for anyone looking to visit Bhutan. It was Amazing experience!

I definitely recommend BookMyTour to travel to Bhutan. This agency arranged absolutely everything, until the tiniest detail, for us. We only had to relax and enjoy our trip.

We got the perfect balance between cultural heritage and nature sightseeing. The landscape was amazing and Karma and Kinley (our guide and driver) made sure we stop in strategic places to take pictures of it.

We also enjoyed having long conversations with Karma and Kinley. They carefully replayed all our questions about Bhutan, covering a wide variety of topics, from daily Bhutanese style of life to philosophy, and from politics to economics.

Besides this, the accommodation they have chosen for us were cozy and comfortable. The food was also delicious. We liked so much Bhutan that we planning to go back.

After checking a few different operators online I came across bookmytour.bt and was impressed by their website, so I emailed an enquiry, and Sonam replied immediately with lots of helpful information. Sonam was a pleasure to deal with, and was very flexible in helping me to fit my trip in with my other travel arrangements. He arranged all my visas and tour itinerary, and kept me updated throughout.

Upon arrival at Paro airport I was greeted by my guide, Karma, and driver Kinley. They explained how the tour would operate, and that they could customise anything to suit me. Within a very short time it was like travelling with two friends! The guys are very knowledgeable about Bhutan, but also laid back and easy going, so we all got along very well.

The quality of the hotels and food was very good, much better than I was expecting. During my trip I visited my temples, view points, landmarks, museums, etc. and visited Thiumphu, Punhaka and Paro.
Probably the highlight of most people's trip to Bhutan is the Tiger's Nest monastery. This is quite a climb to get to, and Karma recommended that we start early. To be honest I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to see anything due to clouds on the mountain, but Karma assured me that the cloud would clear,; and sure enough, by the time we arrived I was able to get some great views.

All in all I had a fantastic trip to Bhutan, but what really made it special was Karma and Kinley, and the service provided by Sonam and bookmytour.bt.

Highly recommended and I will definitely use their service for my next Bhutan tour.

My decision to go to Bhutan was last minute, but Sonam did a great job organizing my trip in lightning fast time. He always made sure to give me a break down of the costs and was contactable nearly 24/7, for any questions I had.

My guide, Karma and driver, Nema, were great guys. They were really professional and diligent. Although I have no experience of using other agency in Bhutan, I would strongly recommend using BookMyTour as I could find no complaints with their service.

The hotels and homestay were really nice, and the guides brought me to a few western style restaurants/bars to add a bit of variety, although I had no complaints with the Bhutanese food.

Beautiful country and great people.

Traveled to Bhutan with my wife and eight year old kid this April through BookMyTour. From the onset, they were very professional and transparent with everything. Throughout the booking process, they were ready with answers for whatever queries we had and it was a pleasure to interact with them.

We visited three places - Thimpu, Punakha and Paro. Karma Tenzing as the guide and Sonam as the driver made awesome trip companions as they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and altered plans as per our convenience. Not only did they take good care of our naughty son, they also are a storehouse of knowledge and kept making us understand the Bhutanese culture and customs. Bhutan tourism industry is non commercial and that's the best part about it. We sincerely hope it stays that way. The hotel staff and everyone go out of their way to deliver service and we think that the tourists also need to respect that and appreciate what they can instead of ranting about what they can't. Thank you to Sonam Dorji, Karma Tenzing and Sonam for all that they did for us. It was a trip we'll remember for a long long time.

My family and I have just returned from a short and sweet trip. We had a wonderful time in Bhutan and the entire trip was organized very well. In fact there was some issue with the size of the car that we booked but the agency / Sonam solved it immediately and we were on our way. The guide selected was also great and was patient with the fact that we were traveling with a child.
The arrangements, the choice of restaurants and the complete trip was very well organized.
